Description

Students discover fun apps and struggle to transition from playing with the app to using it for learning. Use a deliberate process that helps them move from learning how to use the app with all of its bells and whistles to using it for learning tasks and outcomes.

The app Chatterpix Kids is a great tool for young students to create their own animated videos. It engages them in the process of video creation by choosing a subject, recording audio, and adding accessories. It’s a great first step to video creation!

The problem is that the app can be so fun that they get lost in playing with it and just get silly. These activities were created to make sure students definitely have fun while using Chatterpix Kids to demonstrate their learning and/or thinking skills.
