Description

Students love sharing their voice through digital forms of poetry. Even more, they love choosing what type of poetry to create. Students choose a type of poetry to create and learn at their pace.

When using digital stations they scan the QR code to learn about different poetry forms. Then they start creating! If they use the slideshow, they click the links and get started in under 5 minutes.

This resource is practically zero prep. You can choose whether to print out stations or upload the slideshow. The amount of prep you do after that, depends on which stations you choose for students. Some require you to download apps or grab a few materials. The beauty is you get to choose!

April is National Poetry Month and this lesson is perfect for students to expand their writing and creativity. You can also use it during a poetry unit, as a makerspace station, or as enrichment.

These stations are great for students of all ages.

💜 YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE ALL OF THE CREATIVE WAYS FOR STUDENTS TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES!
